The main entry way is connected from the private spacious carpark and directly connects you to the front outdoor alfresco dining area. This single door is designed with a 'floor to ceiling' glass panel and hardwood timber framing.

The living room is a wonderful space to entertain and is surrounded by open style windows that provide jaw dropping sea views.
Kitchen
Spacious kitchen with dishwasher, oven, gas stovetop and modern appliances . The perfect mix of both modern and traditional Italian design, this open space is positioned right between the dining and living room so entertaining is a dream.
Alfresco Area
As mentioned above the outdoor eating area easily adjoins into the indoor dinning area and can easily be divided by the sliding door to either section off or optimise your space. Our outdoor area is located at the front of the house with direct access to all private parking. This outdoor dining area is covered and surrounded by an array of greenery and flowers and also has a traditional open style oven, perfect for grilling.
Dining Room
The house has a total of 3 dining areas, without our indoor/outdoor alcove section of the house acting as the primary eating area. With complete enclosed roof and space large enough to fit a 12-14 seater table, this dining area easily connect onto the entry way and also the outdoor eating area, so you can easily extend your dining and entertaining space for larger gatherings.
Bathrooms
There is a total of four bathrooms throughout the house. Each bathroom is large and spacious with traditional terracotta coloured tiles and tones throughout. Each bathroom has a shower, bidet, sink and two of the four bathrooms also have a bathtub.
Bedrooms
There is a total of 3 large bedrooms with enough space to fit a double to a king size bed. Each bedroom has a 'cabin' style wardrobe with plenty of space in each.
Landscape & Garden Area
The magic of this villa is it's impressive 20,000 square metres worth of outdoor garden area. The garden has a perfectly kept landscape and an array of fruit & citrus trees. The garden has been designed in a way to give you full privacy. It encloses and surrounds the parameters of villa, so you can view the beauty of your garden from every room within the house.
